Maureen Bailey an award-winning coach, trainer specialising in raising self-esteem and confidence in women, girls and families advocating equality issues. She is the founder of a consultancy coaching business leaders and she is also the founder of the Inner Strength Network. She has an impressive list of clients in corporate, educational, and charity settings, such as LSE, Kings College, Borough Councils, Schools, Barchester Healthcare. She is an excellent advocate of domestic abuse and hate crime issues
Maureen is a sought after speaker on domestic abuse, self-esteem and empowerment issues working to support families on keeping safe.

Maureen was awarded the Humanitarian International Woman of Excellence Award in 2008 and named as a Finalist for Inspiring Leader within a work place ( Precious Awards). In 2019 her consultancy practice was a finalist in Merton Best Business ‘Extra Mile’ Award. The Inner Strength. Network was awarded the William Sutton Prize 2018 “Highly Commended for Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
She was the first Head of Woman and Equality Network for The Ministry of Justice. She currently chairs the Hate Crime Strategic Group for Merton speaking up against any form of discrimination within the workplace and/ or the community.
