Mental Health In Action; Put your phone on silent, stop and just breath in and out



People wonder how I cope with juggling complex client needs, caring for my parent’s needs, and at the same time enjoying time with my amazing husband and children. The secret is knowing when to stop and take time out for yourself.¬† During this busy period, I would like to do the following;

  • Stop and enjoy the silence maintaining good mental health
  • Stop and breathe in and out for a moment remembering¬† that you cannot do it all
  • Stop, move away from the phone, the computer, and go for a walk maintaining good mental health.
  • Wishing you good mental health during this period.
